Fantastic Dallas Trip and Fantastic News!
The Avon Leadership Conference in Dallas, TX was amazing! Not only did we get to meet some of our fantastic existing clients, we also had an opportunity to meet some great new people who had never heard of Consultant Depot. It was an absolute joy to talk to all of you, sharing and learning how Avon has positively changed your lives, getting to know people beyond email. Best of all, we have been re-energized about who we are and why Consultant Depot exists: to help you achieve your goals. We are here to help tip the scale in your direction and help your Avon Business succeed!
As for the great news - you can now delete a customer! Now, when you make a customer 'Inactive' they are automatically placed into an 'In-Active Customers' group! This way, these customers do not show up on your main customer list but are still available to view in case you 'forget' about them. You can now un-clog and manage your Customer List more effectively! We know it has been a long time coming, but it would not have been done without your feedback - keep it coming!
A few more things we have been working on:
- Adjusting the A and B week deadlines and delivery dates so brochures arrive to your customers in a more timely manner. More on this soon as it evolves!
- Mailing Avon's Holiday Catalog. We are looking into this and anticipate handling these catalogs as we do the Men's catalogs or the mark. magalogs. More to come very soon!

August Announcements - CD going to Dallas Conference!
There has been a lot happening with Consultant Depot this summer and we wanted to share some exciting announcements with you!
First of all we wanted to thank you for your business, feedback, and patience as we "tweak" our service over the next few months. We try to provide a great experience for all of our clients and your feedback and suggestions make that happen! We also want to thank you for the referrals to Consultant Depot and positive comments on the Avon Message Boards and in your District Meetings. This is the best advertising we can get and it is all because of you!
Consultant Depot will be in Dallas August 15th through August 18th at the Avon Leadership National Conference! We are very excited to meet you and hear about your families and your business! Nothing makes us happier than to hear how Consultant Depot has made your Avon Business thrive! We want to be a resource for you and a part of your "Tool Kit for Avon Success."
We have been working with our web developers on the 'Delete a Customer' function and it is almost complete! There have been some snags with this function because of how deleting a customer would cause errors in the 'Reports' section of the website, but we have figured these out and will have this rolled out to everyone by 8/24/07. We know that this has been a long time coming and we hope that it will be worth the wait!
We are also working on improving the timings of the mailings for our clients on RPS plans 1-2 and RPS plans 8-10. We have received recent feedback that brochures are arriving either too early or too late to your customers, so we are working on modifying the schedules to better suit YOUR needs. More on this as it evolves!
